Dear Sir,

Your Software trial version didnt work with our requirements. i need to know the Password of my hotmail Email Id which whose password is not stored in the IE nor in MSN Messenger. If your software does tht & if u can guarantee money back if not recovered my forgotten password than i can try the software's trial version first & found comfortable with it than can buy & do the necessary payments.
